Your mission

We are seeking a talented AI Product Engineer to help us build and deliver production-ready AI features that enhance our SaaS management platform. If you're passionate about end-to-end ownership, pragmatic engineering, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real user problems, we want to hear from you.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and ship innovative AI-powered features that drive real value for our customers.

  • Design agentic workflows and integrate AI capabilities into our product.

  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to turn user needs into robust AI solutions.

  • Ensure high standards for reliability, scalability, and maintainability in all delivered features.

  • Take initiative and work autonomously, driving projects from conception through deployment.

Your profile

  • Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML features in production environments.

  • Strong skills in LLM engineering, agentic workflow design, prompt engineering, and multi-provider orchestration (OpenAI, Azure, Anthropic, Bedrock).

  • Proficiency in Python, .NET, or similar programming languages.

  • Ability to design and monitor scalable agentic systems, including state management and error handling.

  • Experience with rapid prototyping, cost optimization, and human-in-the-loop systems.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Pragmatic approach to shipping features—balancing speed, quality, and user impact.
