We are currently looking for a HR Administration Specialist ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.What you will be doing?Prepare and manage HR-related documentation (contracts, annexes, certificates, etc.)
Track and manage deadlines for documents, certifications, and employment-related obligations
Coordinate and schedule medical check-ups and Health & Safety trainings on time
Ensure proper filing and archiving of employee records in accordance with legal and company standards
Maintain high standards of confidentiality in all aspects of work
Liaise with external providers and internal departments to facilitate HR processes
Administer HR systems for accurate employee data
Skills you should haveA minimum of 1 year of previous experience in an administrative or HR role,
Strong sense of work culture, ethics, and confidentiality,
Fluent in English and Polish to effectively communicate in a multinational environment and local authorities,
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data,
Ability to identify and resolve HR administration-related issues efficiently,
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams,
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision,
Availability to work a minimum of one day a week in our Warsaw office.
