Main Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of the applications (PCS, DDX, VPM) functionality
  • Complete understanding of business / operational processes and services delivered through the alternative platform
  • Parameterization of the platform during the life cycle of the funds/products
  • Upstream data collection and feed into system
  • Preparation, execution and testing of the applications for new system releases
  • First point of contact for technical support for ops teams
  • Documentation maintenance on applications' functional specificities and validation with stakeholders, quality service to the operational department with regards to technical maintenance and support tasks
  • Regular data sanity check and quality check on the platforms.

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar position (application/data management environment) or candidate with accounting background (min 5 years in alternative funds with min 2 years on PCS) interested in applications and process design.
  • Experience with FIS Private Capital Suite (fka Investran) / DDX / VPM is required;
  • Experience with report development in PCS and DDX (eg SSRS, Tableau)
  • IT skills for data management will be considered as advantage (advance Excel/Power Query, SQL commands);
  • Robust understanding of alternative vehicles (PE, RE, FoF, Debt…) and their structure (fund, portfolio, investors);
  • Understanding of relevant fund documents during live cycle of the fund.
  • Excellent time and self-management skills, ability to prioritize in multitask environment to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated to work on improvements and process efficiency.
  • Fluent in English. German/French is an asset.
