Your role

Are you interested in supporting Investment funds related processes? Do you have a good understanding of accounting applied to investment funds? Are you well organized and have attention to detail?

We are looking for someone like that to:

  • Issue Invoices to clients for services provided by the Management Company, i.e. KIID services, Registration services, Oversight- and Control-Services, etc.
  • Execute the fund expense control process including recording of invoices in the log, execution of the undue cost controls in the respect of the ESMA Guidelines on Cost and Fee, obtain approvals from stakeholders and UBS AME signatories, instruction of payments following the define approval processes.
  • Monitor outstanding approvals.
  • Follow up and track payment of invoices issues by the Management Company with different stakeholders.
  • General support tasks.
  • Maintain procedure and process description updated.

The role holder supports change projects which concerns his/her tasks

Your team

You'll be working in the Cost and Fee Control team with a Head and 3 Team members in Poland/Luxemburg at UBS Asset Managements (Europe) S.A.

Reporting directly to the team head Fund Fee & Expense Control.

Your expertise

You have:

  • an interest in investment funds and their operational set-up
  • an understanding of accounting principles applied to investment funds
  • good excel knowledge
  • proven operational execution excellence

You are:

  • precise, accurate, persistent, adaptable
  • taking ownership of allocated tasks and working autonomously
  • good communicator, with good interpersonal skills
  • fluent in English,
  • French and/or German is considered as asset
