What the day will look like
As the Regional Workforce Administration Processes Coordinator, you'll be the expert and owner of HR process delivery for your region. You will:
- Enhance and govern HR process design, implementation, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate process reviews, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvements with delivery partners.
- Oversee service quality audits, track KPIs, and support privacy and data protection requirements.
- Advise stakeholders on complex HR issues and support training, change management, and project delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and implement process improvements.
This role offers full ownership of regional HR processes, exposure to senior leadership, and hands-on involvement in HR transformation projects. You'll collaborate with global and local teams, influence process innovation, and develop your expertise in project management, quality control, and vendor management – all while shaping the future of HR at Aon.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR administration, ideally with exposure to HR systems (Workday, ATS).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on process improvement and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1+), with additional languages a plus.
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- University degree or equivalent (HR/Administration preferred).
