We're looking for a 3D Printing Industrial / Manufacturing Engineer to join our 3D Printing Business HUB. You'll get to run a farm of advanced 3D printing FDM printers, drive new product introduction for B2B markets, and push boundary of digital manufacturing for lighting. We have 3D printing hubs in Europe, Pacific, and North America. You can be a part of a global team revolutionizing digital manufacturing and shaping the future of 3D printing in the lighting industry.

As a 3D Printing Industrial / Manufacturing Engineer  who will be responsible for introducing new products and setup of optimized processes. Ensures optimized product designs by representing manufacturing in product development and maintenance project teams.

What you'll do

• Manufacturing engineering to keep the production line running, both printers and assembly (25%)

• New product introduction orchestration (25%)

• Product and production improvements projects (25%)

• Support to Operations Manager in leading the team (25%)

• Act as project leader for improvements initiatives

• Create and maintain technical conditions in a way that the production process does not get disrupted

• Take improvement actions to reach target quality and efficiency

What you'll need

• Abillity to drive operational excellence in dynamic and innovative environment, experimenting, showing curiosity and creativeness

• Problem Solving and thinking out of the box

• Project management skills

• Capable of interacting with senior levels. Speaking up in project teams

• Experience in using LEAN methods and tools

• Design for Manufacturing & Assembly

• Industrial engineering experience

• Driving continuous improvement with cross functional teams
