We're looking for a 3D Printing Process Engineer to join our 3D Printing Business HUB. You'll get to run a farm of advanced 3D printing FDM printers, drive new product introduction for B2B markets, and push boundary of digital manufacturing for lighting. We have 3D printing hubs in Europe, Pacific, and North America. You can be a part of a global team revolutionizing digital manufacturing and shaping the future of 3D printing in the lighting industry.

As a 3D Printing Process Engineer  who will be responsible for improving products, processes and machinery focusing on safety, efficiency, quality and reliability performance, ensuring stable production process. Contributes to team at startup in production through technical support and guidance.

What you'll do

• Create required conditions to win in the marketplace through fast and efficient New Products Introduction (time to market), and highly efficient production (zero defect, target output)

• Practice in a daily routine lean manufacturing principle, build and strengthen lean culture across the team

• Act as project leader for improvement initiatives (production, documentation)

• Take improvement actions to reach target performance

• Coache and lead project team members

What you'll need

• Experience in operational excellence through Lean methods and tools -  attitude for continuous improvement

• Passion in driving new technologies, creative and innovative mindset

• Ability to drive changes, agility to adapt to dynamic environment

• Deep understanding of continuous improvement

• Project management skills and tolls

• Stakeholder management and communication skills
