On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who would like to grow and develop in the role of
HR Analyst
. If you're passionate about working with data, enjoy turning numbers into insights, and want to have a real impact on HR processes — this opportunity is for you

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparing HR reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making
  • Defining, measuring, and visualizing key HR metrics
  • Reporting HR data to the Group in accordance with internal standards
  • Reviewing current employee benefits and preparing recommendations for improvement.

Our Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience in a manufacturing company is a plus)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Power Query is a strong advantage
  • English proficiency at minimum B1 level is welcome
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to engage in new projects.
