The HR Analyst plays a crucial role in transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve HR processes. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting on various HR metrics to identify trends, provide recommendations, and support the overall goals of the organization. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data to enhance HR effectiveness.

What You Can Expect

  • Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, and employee surveys.

  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track key metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and employee engagement.

  • Support HR decision-making by providing data analysis and recommendations.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR reporting and analytics.

  • Research and evaluate new HR analytics tools and technologies.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics.

  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and data analysis.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS, data analysis software, and reporting tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
