Role Overview
Location: Warsaw

A System Architect Professional provides full lifecycle technology support to the business and acts as the senior technical leader on teams.

The position serves as a vital link connecting various external and internal collaborators, establishing a direction and guidelines for successful delivery.

Typically, you will be part of different phases of a customer lifecycle and the Brightstar solution deployed, sometimes at the same time across various sites. Successfully managing these tasks, team members, and customer interactions is a critical aspect of a System Architect's success.

Working alongside Product Architects and Product Managers, you will help Brightstar identify the right features to build and the best way to deliver them to our customers.

Main Activities
System Architecture Professional provides leadership in the following three key areas of our customer lifecycle.

• Pre-Sales Support – provide leadership, business understanding, and technical expertise to facilitate alignment on a full solution regardless of proposed scope. Lead the technical activities through proposal development, solution costing, and delivery planning.
• Own the complete solution for customers by providing technical strategy and collaborating with product and infrastructure teams.
• Account Management Support – act as the go-to person for post-sales customer and account teams in roadmap planning, critical problem solving and architecture solutioning.

Requirements

• Technology Expertise – Ability to understand and craft architectures for customer solutions working alongside the product architecture team and other technical SMEs. Broad understanding of solution technologies such as software, data, networks, operations, and cloud platforms. Cloud experience is an advantage.
• Business understanding – Ability to grasp the business needs of our customers and arrive at a solution that meets or exceeds these. The ability to bridge the gap between these two domains is a key skill of the system architect.
• Innovation – An open mind to try new ways to solve existing and new problems, whilst ensuring the ability to provide a stable and robust system.
• Lead by positively influencing technology decisions on a site basis and developing capable teams.
• Decision Making – Ability to serve as key technology decision makers for projects and major decisions for a site (in services). Gather the necessary information, contact relevant experts, and make sound tactical/strategic decisions on behalf of IGT for the customer solution.
• Effective communication skills – Capable of expressing ideas clearly and simply to customers, partners, and team members. Skilled in connecting different teams crucial to project success.
• Ensure project success by managing technical leaders and holding accountability for solution quality.

In Addition, You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in an IT field or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 5 years in business systems analysis or as a product owner managing complex enterprise products.
• A strong understanding of product management and agile software development methods, applied concepts and tools in modern product management and product design.
• Ability to travel (up to 15% of time).
• Ability to work across multiple time zones if required.
