Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
IT Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various domains and technologies. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT roles — from entry-level to senior technical positions.

  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience.

  • Stay updated with the latest IT technologies, job market trends, and recruitment tools.
