TeamQuest jest agencją rekrutacyjną, wyspecjalizowaną w prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych w branży IT. Posiadamy 17 letnie doświadczenie, podczas którego wypracowaliśmy metodykę pracy. Projekty rekrutacyjne, które prowadzimy dla naszych klientów, które kończą się zatrudnieniem najlepiej dopasowanych kandydatów. Nie interesują nas półśrodki – zajmujemy się rekrutacją kompleksowo, jesteśmy nastawieni na wynik, osiąganie celów oraz rozwój kompetencji.

Mid/Senior IT Recruiter

Zakres Obowiązków

  • realizacja procesów rekrutacyjnych end-to-end na stanowiska w branży IT
  • rekrutacje do innych branż (sprzedaż, finanse, itp.)
  • dbanie o prawidłowy przebieg informacji na każdym etapie procesu rekrutacyjnego
  • pozyskiwanie i selekcja kandydatów
  • budowanie pozytywnych relacji oraz candidate experience
  • bycie ekspertem na każdym etapie procesu rekrutacji
  • współpraca i utrzymywanie pozytywnych relacji z Klientami

Wymagania

  • min 2-letnie doświadczenie w prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych, najchętniej agencyjnie
  • umiejętność pracy samodzielnej jak i pracy w zespole
  • brania pełnej odpowiedzialności za swoją pracę
  • obowiązkowości i punktualności
  • chęci rozwoju swoich umiejętności i kompetencji, nastawienia na cel oraz optymizmu
  • podejścia "can-do" (zawsze szukamy nowych rozwiązań i sposobów)
  • kreatywnego myślenia
