About the role

We are looking for an experienced
Incident Support Engineer
who will join a project for one of our clients You will be part of a dynamic support team responsible for maintaining critical business applications, ensuring system stability, and providing high-quality incident resolution.

The work is hybrid - 2/3 days a week from the Client's office in Wroclaw.

What you will do

· Provide maintenance and technical support for Java/Python-based applications, including bug fixing and data quality assessments.

· Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow (SNOW) portal and on-call duty phone.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Volvo business applications and infrastructure components.

· Escalate complex cases to higher support levels and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams.

· Participate in upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement of support processes.

What we are looking for

· Strong experience with
Java
and
front-end technologies
(e.g., Angular, React, or similar).

· Hands-on knowledge of
Python
and experience in application maintenance or support.

· Solid
problem-solving
and
troubleshooting
skills, including understanding of IT infrastructure and system dependencies.

· Excellent
communication skills in English
, with the ability to remain calm and effective during high-priority incidents.

· Readiness for
on-call duty
and occasional night or weekend work during emergency incidents.
