About the role:
- Being responsible for resolving customer support tickets.
- Contributing to knowledge sharing by documenting solutions in knowledge base articles.
- Collaborating with team members and cross-functional teams to identify the best solutions for customers.
- Actively seeking assistance from colleagues when tasks are unclear.
- Performing various administrative tasks that support the achievement of team KPIs.
- Ensuring continuity of team KPIs and reporting progress to the Team Lead.
- Utilizing in-depth product knowledge to effectively resolve customer cases.
- Actively developing personal knowledge across various product areas.
- Working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating empathy and a sense of urgency when escalating customer issues and collaborating to ensure timely resolution.
- Adhering to departmental performance goals and production standards.
Requirements for the role:
- Bachelor's degree and around 2 years of relevant experience.
- German and English language skill at least on B2 level.
- Basic backend knowledge of business software applications, ideally ERP.
- Business exposure to Microsoft BC/NAV - desirable.
- Knowledge of production processes and/or financial processes.
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills, including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues, and expressing oneself clearly.
- Experience in escalation and critical incident management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Awareness of strict adherence to support KRAs/KPIs, promoting Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) methodology.
- Ability to document customer problem information, recommendations, and resolution in a clear and concise manner using incident management system.
- Strong investigation and analytical skills helpful in crisp Root Cause Analysis and issues resolution process.
