The core of our achievements is our team. We believe in people and shared values SELECT. That's why, together with Dmytro Borzenko, Head of Creative Strategy at Headway (Headway Inc), we're looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team of superstars transforming the EdTech industry.
The product you will be working with:Headway is our flagship app, offering summaries of nonfiction bestsellers, daily insights, and gamified challenges. Headway is the world's most downloaded book summary app and has been featured as App of the Day in over 30 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.

- You'll get access to a large data and analytics base, allowing you to test hypotheses, quickly gather insights, and adjust strategies on the go.
- We combine freedom and responsibility — you'll have ownership to implement the projects you believe will be most impactful.
- Analyse the market, look for the pains and motivations of the target audience, monitor competitors to identify areas and solutions worth testing in time.
- Based on the previous research, generate hypotheses for advertising campaigns (with a video focus) so that each creative is tested against a specific hypothesis.
- Create briefs and tasks for designers, as well as requests for the team working with influencers.
- Analyse the results of creatives by key metrics and use insights from them to strengthen future ideas.
- Work closely with the Design Production and User Acquisition teams to turn the creative testing process into a team effort.
- Have 0,5+ year of experience in a related field (SMM, Content Producer, UGC Creator, Content Creator, Design etc.).
- Love to create, are well-organized, and generate bold ideas.
- Have copywriting skills and can turn ideas into catchy messaging.
- Understand digital marketing and believe in the power of creativity + analytics.
- Have English level B2 or higher.
- Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
- Work within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product.
