Role Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly immersed individual in the world of social media content to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of English-speaking culture, proficient English skills at the C1–C2 level, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends, humor, and cultural nuances that resonate on social media platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English at the C1–C2 level.
  • Deep understanding of English-speaking culture: local insights, humor, slang, pain points.
  • Creativity, proactivity, responsibility.
  • Immersed in social media content trends, constantly tracking popular content, memes, and viral campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Permanent monitoring of spy services and creative libraries to analyze competitor creatives.
  • Research of audience, market, and trends across different GEOs; formation and regular updates of a library of effective approaches.
  • Development of creative concepts for social media advertising (TikTok, Facebook, etc.): idea generation, text writing, selection of visual references.
  • Regular communication with the media buying department to receive feedback, improve processes, analyze, and systematically improve successful approaches.
  • Creation of complex briefs for the design team and monitoring their execution according to the requirements.
  • Filling up the internal creative library of the team: trending hooks, music tracks, visual solutions.
  • Searching for and collaborating with UGC creators, writing scripts, and overseeing their implementation.
