Project Management Officer

Lokalizacja: Polska – 100% zdalnie

Start: ASAP

Czas trwania: długofalowa współpraca

Stawka: 85–100 PLN/h

Kontrakt B2B

W ramach projektu poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko PMO, która będzie wspierać zespoły projektowe oraz współpracować z działami sprzedaży i delivery. Rola ta łączy codzienną koordynację projektów z operacyjnym wsparciem PMO.

Profil kandydata:

  • Doświadczenie: ok. 2–3 lata w roli PMO / Project Coordinator
  • Język: angielski na poziomie min. B2+

Wymagania techniczne i kompetencje:

  • Dobra znajomość koordynacji projektów w środowisku usług IT
  • Zrozumienie metodologii tworzenia oprogramowania
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne (wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne)
  • Umiejętność organizacji pracy własnej bez nadzoru
  • Dbałość o szczegóły, nawet przy wielu zadaniach
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Wsparcie setupu i monitorowania projektów (onboarding klientów i konsultantów)
  • Koordynacja międzyfunkcyjna i utrzymanie standardów PMO
  • Zarządzanie zasobami i wsparcie w alokacji
  • Utrzymanie rejestrów ryzyk i wsparcie w ich analizie
  • Tworzenie raportów i analiz PMO
  • Wsparcie komunikacji ze stakeholderami
  • Udział w inicjatywach optymalizacyjnych PMO
