The Business Analyst/ Project Manager – Architectural Coatings EMEA is a high-impact role responsible for driving the successful execution of analytics and reporting projects across PPG AC EMEA.

This individual will manage complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage multiple analytics and reporting projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Apply best practices in project management to oversee scope, schedule, resources, risks, and quality
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and proactively addressing challenges
  • Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
  • Identify potential risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Ensure accountability for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget
  • Support continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and facilitating knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, with a strong grasp of current methodologies and tools
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in international and multicultural environments
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and drive results
  • Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver business value
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle is preferred
