HR Business Partner - Poland   Purpose of Role The HR Business Partner acts as the first-line HR contact for employees and the local leadership team, ensuring efficient delivery of HR operations, compliance and people processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as first-line HR partner for local leadership, supporting people-related decisions and daily operations.
  • Coordinate recruitment, offers, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation; manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Support performance and pay cycle administration in line with the annual HR calendar.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, right-to-work verification, and required training completion.
  • Prepare and track HR metrics and reports to monitor service levels and workforce trends.
  • Support internal communication, engagement, and change initiatives within the local team.
  Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong generalist HR experience, including general HR advice and support, change management, HR administration and processes and recruitment and selection; experience gained in an educational setting would be a distinct advantage.
  • Good experience of HR systems and previous experience of running payroll.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Polish employment law and data protection legislation, including data protection legislations (GDPR).
  • Ability to recognize and act on the implications of actions and decisions.
  • Strong customer service ethos and the ability to deal with difficult situations in a professional and diplomatic manner.
  • Comfortable working at all levels of the organization.
  • A self-starter, with drive and initiative, who is flexible and adaptable in their approach.
