Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Economic due diligence, execution for transactions in AI (i.e. complex products)
  • Order management, execution & trade for complex products transactions with all involved departments and external parties
  • Administration and ongoing maintenance of the holdings (complex products), capitalcalls and related transactions, point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Liquidity Management
  • Monitoring investment limit breaches and adjustment of investment limit breaches
  • Onboarding task for new funds/segments; Examination and release of investment guidelines

Your skills and experience:

  • At least 3-4 years' professional experience in a German KVG and/or Alternative Investments and or funds administration
  • Successfully completed degree (1st and 2nd state examinations master's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Law)
  • Experience in Portfolio management, process efficiencies, automation & standardization
  • Quick learner, excellent communication skills; ability to work independently
  • Fluency in German and English.
