As a Junior Courier Recruit at Just Eat , you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of our couriers.


What will you do?
  • Conduct recruitment interviews with prospective couriers
  • You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for couriers using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Create and publish job advertisements on job portals

Apply if:
  • You are eager to work with candidates over the phone, are open, and can communicate well in Polish/English and Spanish
  • You can organize your work effectively.
  • You have initial experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or a call center.
  • Your English and Spanish skills allow you to communicate effectively with international customers (minimum level B2/C1).

An additional asset will be if:
  • You can already build and maintain relationships with candidates/clients.
  • You know the job market and recruitment tools in the area of temporary staffing.
  • You know the basics of labor law (including GDPR).
