Position: Manufacturing Quality Manager

Location: Lodz

  • Drive and implement the Quality strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the deployment of Quality Management Systems across the value chain.
  • Enact a systematic quality assurance process focused on risk prevention to ensure consistent, high-quality products and services throughout their lifecycle.
  • Drive effective improvement initiatives to enhance product and service performance and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality products and services through risk prevention.
  • Champion improvement initiatives to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Strengthen collaboration between global manufacturing and local markets.
  • Act as a key quality liaison for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations and quality processes.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher preferred.
  • Proven leadership in matrix organizations across multiple countries.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in quality strategy implementation and customer engagement.
