Skills and Qualifications:

University degree (preferred fields: Marketing, Communication, or Management)

·      Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing

·      Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

·      Problem-solving mindset

·      Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

·      Proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach

·      Creativity and a positive attitude are essential

Responsibilities:

·
  Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new products in the CEE region

·      Collaborate with graphic designers to create marketing materials (leaflets, banners, newsletters, social media content)

·      Build and strengthen brand positioning through branding and PR activities

·      Create and manage content across digital channels (social media, email marketing)

·      Analyze marketing data and report on campaign effectiveness

·      Cooperate with external agencies and vendors

·      Monitor market, technology, and business trends and recommend appropriate solutions
