Asset Servicing Analyst

The Asset Servicing Medior Analyst is a developing role responsible for participating in a variety of fund parametrization activities, creating fund set-ups, creating fees, mentoring junior colleagues and validating opeative work. The overall objective of this role is to maintain various data tables within multiple accounting and reporting systems based on the instructions received from directly from Clients or other business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and reporting of any gaps and risks in a process followed by the single-handed preparation and implementation of solutions eliminating these gaps
- Ensure all Team procedures are updated, completed and maintained across all Clients and processes Identifying ineffective areas within own BAU process and initiating changes for them – proposing improvement solutions
- Foster strong working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including
- Oversight teams, by demonstrating committed inclusion in relevant forums, projects, business developments
- Performing control functions for tasks being completed by junior members of the team
- Timely answering to standard and most of the non-standard queries related to duties performed, adhering to high standards of business correspondence
- Participation in preparations for internal and external audits
- Participating in training of new employees
What we need from you:
Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in relevant area:
accounting (fund accounting, GL, AP, AR accounting)
- corporate actions, fund or securities set-up processing
- financial reporting, data analysts,
KYC, Client onboarding processing
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Detail-oriented and Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Excel – intermediate level
- Experience with SQL and VBA is a plus but not a must
- Fluency in English (at least C1 level)
- Ability to work 10:00 – 18:00
