Salary :

Payrate on Temp Contract - 70 PLN gross/hour

Payrate on B2B Contract - 100 PLN net+VAT/hour

The Asset Servicing Senior Analyst plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing operational processes within Asset Servicing. This position requires a strong grasp of technical procedures and concepts within their specialized area, coupled with a foundational understanding of related departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with broader sub-function objectives. Provide leadership in the execution and continuous improvement of asset servicing processes, identifying and implementing efficiencies to meet and exceed unit objectives. Apply a thorough understanding of technical procedures and concepts specific to asset servicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Effectively integrate team activities with other departments, fostering collaboration to achieve shared organizational goals.
Apply and interpret relevant organizational policies to business operations, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance. Utilize developed communication and diplomatic skills to exchange complex or sensitive information, facilitate discussions, and build consensus among stakeholders. Address variable and complex issues, assessing potential broader business impacts and proposing effective solutions.
Influence decisions by providing expert advice, counsel, and facilitating services, contributing to the quality, timeliness, and overall success of end results. This role indirectly contributes to financial and resource optimization through process improvements and operational excellence. Work primarily impacts the immediate team and closely related work teams, ensuring operational continuity and enhanced service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Oversight: Lead and oversee the execution of Corporate Actions processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Develop, implement, and continuously monitor key performance metrics to assess team effectiveness and overall operating efficiency. Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.

This point was largely integrated into the "Performance Monitoring & Optimization" section to avoid redundancy and provide a more holistic view of efficiency management.

Technical & Strategic Acumen: Apply a strong working knowledge of technical and professional principles relevant to the business, coupled with an in-depth understanding of team objectives, to guide decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Continuous Improvement & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and cost reduction. Implement new procedures to streamline workflows, mitigate risks, and address control deficiencies.

Team Development & Training: Conduct comprehensive training for team members on new procedures, technological advancements, and best practices to foster skill development and ensure adaptability.

Stakeholder Engagement: Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, information exchange, and achievement of shared goals.

Problem Solving & Decision Making: Apply analytical and evaluative judgment to complex problems, identifying and implementing effective solutions based on factual information, acquired technical experience, and established precedents.

Effective Communication: Articulate complex ideas and information clearly, concisely, and logically, demonstrating tact and sensitivity to a diverse audience, to ensure effective communication and understanding across all levels.

Qualifications
:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent practical experience combined with relevant certifications will also be considered.

Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience within the banking sector, specifically in roles such as Project Analyst, Asset Servicing Specialist, or Data Analyst. Proven track record of contributing to successful projects or operational enhancements within a financial services environment.

Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Demonstrated ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences. Proven capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships.

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Acumen: Highly developed analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions to intricate problems.

Proven ability to thrive and maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands.

Investment Instrument Knowledge. Comprehensive understanding of various investment instruments, including but not limited to: equity securities, fixed income, and asset-backed securities.

Demonstrated strong understanding or comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Actions and/or Securities Settlement processes would be an advantage.
