About the Client
Our client is a global leader in the banking and financial services sector, providing advanced investment and asset management solutions for institutional clients worldwide. You will join an international team responsible for delivering high-quality asset servicing operations and driving continuous process improvements across global markets.

What you will do

• Oversee and execute Corporate Actions processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for operational improvement and automation.

• Lead and implement process optimization initiatives to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and enhance service quality.

• Provide training and guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth and process understanding.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues, applying sound judgment and technical expertise.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the banking sector, ideally in roles such as Asset Servicing Specialist, Project Analyst, or Data Analyst.

• Strong knowledge of investment instruments (equities, fixed income, asset-backed securities).

• Experience with Corporate Actions and/or Securities Settlement will be a strong asset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
