As a
Asset Servicing Analyst
, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution providing investment and banking services to millions of customers worldwide. You will contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment focused on optimizing asset servicing operations and enhancing process efficiency across diverse financial instruments. This role involves applying strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellence in the execution of corporate actions and related processes. You will play a key role in driving operational improvements, mitigating risks, and fostering seamless integration across teams.

Location:
Warsaw - hybird - 3 day per week in the office

Rate:

  • Employment contract (UoP): 8 000 – gross/ month
  • B2B: – PLN/ month
  • We also offer the possibility to work under a civil law contract (umowa zlecenia)

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the execution of Corporate Actions and Asset Servicing processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and team effectiveness
  • Apply technical expertise to interpret and improve complex operational procedures
  • Identify and implement process enhancements, automation opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Conduct training sessions to upskill team members and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and ensure service excellence
  • Analyze data to identify trends, resolve issues, and support decision-making
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate communication across departments to promote knowledge sharing and operational alignment
  • Provide expert insights to influence strategic initiatives and process decisions

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least
    4 years of experience
    in asset servicing, operations, or a related financial services function
  • Strong knowledge of investment instruments such as equities, fixed income, and asset-backed securities
  • Proven experience managing corporate actions and securities settlement processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in using data and performance metrics to drive decisions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Certification in financial or securities processing
  • Experience with automation tools and software in asset servicing
