Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer emails, live chats, and calls within response time goals (typically 1-2 hours).
  • Guide users through basic product features, like account setup or payment issues, using simple scripts and tools.
  • Log interactions in our support system (Zendesk-like) and escalate complex cases to specialists.
  • Gather feedback to help improve our services.
  • Participate in weekly team huddles to share tips and celebrate successes.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years in customer service, retail, or any people-facing role (entry-level welcome with enthusiasm).
  • Strong Polish and good English communication skills (written and spoken – B1 level or higher).
  • Comfortable with basic tools like email, Google Workspace, and chat apps.
  • Must be based in Poland and legally eligible to work there (EU/Polish citizenship or valid work permit).
  • Bonus: Experience with e-commerce or tech products; a knack for empathy and patience.
