Inviting applications for the role of
Legal Platform Deployment Specialist / Legal, Contract Lifecycle Management.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of CLM Software: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the successful deployment of contract lifecycle management software.
• Contract Management: Initiate, negotiate, and sign contracts using CLM software, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Data and Analytics: Utilize CLM software data and analytics capabilities to monitor and analyze contract-related metrics and performance.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the deployment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including legal teams, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure smooth and timely deployment of the software.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users of CLM software to ensure proper utilization and adoption.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all deployment activities, including contracts, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Ensure the deployment of the Global Business Platform.
• Assist in performing As Is analysis during the Solution Identification phase.
• Provides expert knowledge of the subject area and the project methodology.
• Writes and reviews level 5 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support the development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts.
• Support and coordinate User Access Testing (UAT).
• Develops and coordinates communication materials related to New Ways of Working.
• Identifies training needs and conducts trainings for end users.
• Provides inputs for Toll Gate decks (milestones). Logs risks and issues that appear during configuration, training, or other activities and follows through on the resolution of those issues.
• Performs analysis during the Ramp-up phase and proposes corrective actions.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and integrates best practices for future resolution.
• Captures lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrates them into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying and managing legal/contract management software, specifically CLM.
• Legal practice and background.
• Ability to work across countries and time zones in a globally dispersed team.
• In-depth understanding of SaaS solutions and contract management best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze data and derive insights for process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex deployment projects, adhering to timelines and deliverables.
