Job Purpose

Oversee and optimize end-to-end operational processes to ensure high-quality customer experience, efficiency and regulatory compliance within the business.

Your role:

  • Lead daily operations across underwriting, policy administration, claims and customer service
  • Design and implement process improvements to increase quality of services and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal control requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships and outsourcing partners
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and report to executive management
  • Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives
  • Develop and mentor operations teams to enhance capability and engagement

What we expect:

  • Experience in Strategic Operations Leadership (+5 years)
  • Experience in, and focus on driving excellence in customer relations area
  • Proven track record in process optimization, automation & digitalization
  • Experienced in managing and leading teams
  • Analytical & Data-Driven Decision-Making
  • Out of the box thinking
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Polish
  • Regulatory Compliance Knowledge
  • Insurance Operations Expertise
