At Pega, as an Agile Delivery Lead, you'll have to coach the development teams, help the teams become more efficient and foster an innovative & collaborative environment. •    Coach and guide 2 development teams with a focus on ensuring the teams meet their product deliverables within the Agile mindset

•    Responsible for identifying and removing any impediments that are hindering the progress of the Scrum Team

•    Monitor the Team's progress during the Sprint and help them stay on track towards achieving the Sprint goals

•    Acts as a shield for the team, protecting them from external distractions and ensuring that they have the time and space to focus on their work during the Sprint

•    Contribute, as an active and engaged member, to the initiatives driven by Scaled Agile Services

•    Responsible for facilitating the various Scrum events

•    Can communicate with a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical

•    Bachelors degree, preferably in a technical field

•    Experience using variety of different Agile and scaling models frameworks for both co-located and distributed teams

•    3 to 5 years combined experience of full-time scrum master, in development, business analysis, project management, testing, or technical documentation

•    History of successfully planning, scheduling, and delivering complex software projects & programs

•    Excellent team-building, teaching, active-listening, and problem-solving skills

•    Proven ability to adopt new agile techniques and enable teams to deliver faster

•    Strong presentation and facilitation skills supported by specific examples

•    Proven ability to give and receive feedback

•    Experience in mentoring and coaching teams, product owners, and leadership

•    Working knowledge of all software lifecycle development disciplines – Project Management, Analysis & Design, Quality Assurance (Testing), Implementation, Deployment, Configuration & Change Management.

•    Fluency in English

•    Experience with Agile coaching (both perspectives – coach and a coachee – will be appreciated)

•    Knowledge and understanding of change management in an organization

•    Agile certification, preferably PSM II or SAFe
