Job Responsibilities:
  • Coding of incoming invoices to assign correct expense account
  • Issue customer invoices
  • Monitor customer accounts for timely payments
  • Prepare reports and budget follow-up for executive management
  • Prepare correct payments of tax & social contributions
  • Preparation of salary payments according to the payroll provided by HR
  • Organise legal documents as required
  • Purchase of office equipment
  • Cooperation with service providers

Qualifications:

  • Excellent spreadsheet skills
  • Formal training/education in administration or accounting principles
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Fluent English
