About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Executive to help us grow and win across the CEE region.If you thrive on challenges, enjoy working with cutting-edge technology, and are passionate about helping businesses succeed, this opportunity was made for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Hunt and close. Source, engage, and convert Tier-1 digital-native businesses across the CEE market — from SaaS to eCommerce.
  • Lead deals end-to-end. Manage the full sales cycle, from the first outreach to cold leads through to signed contracts.
  • Own your pipeline. Build, maintain, and optimize your personal deal pipeline, ensuring consistent progress across all sales stages.
  • Drive product value. Promote Solidgate's suite of solutions, including our Payment Gateway, Chargeback Prevention, Anti-Fraud, Subscriptions, and more.
  • Be out there. Represent Solidgate at business conferences, events, and international trips as needed to grow market presence and generate leads.
  • Own the integration process. Oversee compliance and technical onboarding to ensure seamless client launches.
  • Monitor and optimize. Track client performance metrics post-launch, support their growth, and identify areas for improvement.

Here are the qualities we're seeking in the perfect candidate:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the CEE region and/or fintech ecosystem.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and research skills, combined with analytical thinking.
  • Highly organized and capable of prioritizing dynamic workloads.
  • Committed to continuous learning and delivering results.
