Client Overview We are supporting one of the most recognised international brands in the retail & consumer goods sector. The organisation operates at a scale that allows for real ownership, agility and close proximity to both commercial and operational decision‑making. This is a high‑impact leadership role with full commercial and operational responsibility for the Polish market. Job Description Lead the next stage of market growth by expanding distribution, strengthening brand visibility and unlocking new commercial opportunities across retail and e‑commerce. Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Polish market, ensuring coherent planning and performance delivery across retail, e‑commerce and omnichannel channels. Manage and develop long‑term relationships with major retail partners while leading key commercial negotiations. Oversee forecasting, demand planning, stock management, order cycles and operational processes to secure business continuity and availability. Lead and scale major brand launches and commercial initiatives in close alignment with global brand teams. Manage, coach and develop a cross‑functional team across sales, operations, service and office functions. Collaborate closely with international Sales, Marketing, Planning, Finance and Operations teams to ensure alignment of local execution with global objectives. Own financial delivery for Poland, including P&L responsibility and accurate commercial forecasting. Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in retail, consumer and luxury goods, lifestyle or related sectors. Strong track record of managing major retail and e‑commerce partners in Poland. Proven experience in delivering profitable growth and managing full P&L responsibility. Hands‑on operational mindset with strong planning, forecasting, inventory and S&OP capabilities. Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build, develop and elevate teams. Comfortable operating in a global matrix environment and aligning multiple stakeholders. Fluent in Polish and English. Resilient, structured and highly organised, with the ability to balance strategic priorities with execution.
