Zakres obowiązków

  • Wsparcie kadry menedżerskiej w bieżących działaniach z obszaru HR oraz doradztwo w zakresie zarządzania zespołami.
  • Realizacja procesów oceny okresowej, koordynacja zmian wynagrodzeń oraz wsparcie w procesie budżetowania personalnego.
  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie programów rozwojowych oraz szkoleniowych, w tym analiza i identyfikacja potrzeb rozwojowych pracowników.
  • Prowadzenie warsztatów i szkoleń dla kadry menedżerskiej z zakresu prawa pracy oraz zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi.
  • Raportowanie oraz analiza kluczowych wskaźników HR (KPI) oraz rekomendowanie działań optymalizujących procesy i podnoszących efektywność organizacji.
  • Prowadzenie exit interviews i analiza przyczyn rotacji, wspieranie działań retencyjnych.
  • Koordynacja procesów rekrutacyjnych.
  • Aktywne budowanie kultury organizacyjnej sprzyjającej zaangażowaniu i współpracy.
  • Zarządzanie procesami komunikacji wewnętrznej oraz bliska współpraca z zespołem HR przy projektach cross-funkcyjnych.

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku, preferowane w organizacji o profilu produkcyjnym.
  • Praktyczna znajomość zagadnień z obszaru prawa pracy i procesów HR.
  • Umiejętność budowania relacji z biznesem i wpływania na decyzje menedżerskie.
  • Analityczne podejście, umiejętność formułowania wniosków i tworzenia rekomendacji.
  • Samodzielność, proaktywność i bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne.
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego (B2).
