Poszukiwane jest wsparcie IT do pracy on-site w nowoczesnym obiekcie w Warszawie. Zadania mają charakter reakcyjny – szybka pomoc przy bieżących awariach sprzętu i systemów pracujących w środowisku Windows Server. Praca w trybie zmianowym, w spokojnym, uporządkowanym otoczeniu, z naciskiem na praktyczne podejście i sprawne rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych.

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Wsparcie infrastruktury opartej o Windows Server, AD (Active Directory), RBAC, RDS
  • Obsługa i podstawowe wsparcie środowiska Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Podstawowa administracja oraz diagnostyka sieci LAN/WAN, w tym urządzeń CISCO
  • Bieżące wsparcie urządzeń on-site: monitory, kasy fiskalne i biletowe, czytniki dostępu, okablowanie
  • Diagnoza problemów sprzętowych i systemowych
  • Wykonywanie zadań technicznych: podłączenia, konfiguracje, proste wymiany sprzętu
  • Reagowanie na zgłoszenia oraz współpraca z personelem na miejscu

Nasze wymagania

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość środowiska Windows Server oraz usług domenowych
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z Active Directory, RBAC, RDS
  • Znajomość ekosystemu Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Podstawowa wiedza z zakresu sieci LAN/WAN oraz obsługi urządzeń CISCO
  • Ogólna orientacja w sprzęcie IT i umiejętność szybkiej diagnozy usterek
  • Umiejętności praktyczne: podłączanie, konfiguracja, wymiana urządzeń
  • Komunikatywność, profesjonalne podejście, dobra organizacja pracy
  • Gotowość do pracy w grafiku zmianowym
  • Doświadczenie w środowiskach zbliżonych do retail/obiektów publicznych
