What will you do with us?

Our IT team is responsible for comprehensive care of our IT environment, from IT equipment, i.e. laptops and user support, through cloud infrastructure, implementation of our applications and maintenance of client applications, to ensuring information security and protection of personal data.

Your role will be primarily to provide ongoing support to employees in the field of IT, including on laptops (mainly Windows), but also the web applications themselves (implemented on Kubernetes). We want these tasks to also include automation of these works, e.g. through scripts or other solutions. In addition, part of the tasks will be to deal with the topic of GDPR in our organization (we will provide appropriate training). It is important to be meticulous, pay attention to the quality of the tasks performed and solve the causes of the problem, not just superficial errors.

Tech stack: Windows, Linux, Macos, Azure, Google Workspace, Clickup, Grafana, Kubernetes, OPNsense

What do we expect from you?

  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 systems: installation, troubleshooting, configuration of devices and applications.
  • Experience in hardware configuration automation (e.g. implementing laptops, preparing the user environment, building and distributing system images).
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks and diagnosing connection problems.
  • Knowledge of any one tool for work automation (scripts, nocode, lowcode).
  • Experience in creating documentation.
  • Understanding API.
  • Basic JSON knowledge.
  • Fluent English and Polish language (min. B2).

  • Responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Dedication and accuracy to the performed tasks.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of security issues (e.g. bitlocker).
  • Knowledge of Linux and macOS systems in the context of user support (terminal, VPN configuration, application installation, updates).
  • Support for Android and iOS mobile systems - account configuration, corporate access, basic diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace administration - accounts, groups, permissions, security.
  • Knowledge of the basics of MS Azure administration.
  • Ability to work with MDM tools - mainly Google Endpoint Management.
  • Knowledge of ClickUp (or JIRA or similar) - process support and automation.
  • Knowledge of LogicApp or Power platform.
  • Knowledge of GDPR issues.
