For our Client, a company specializing in access solutions, we are looking for
IT Support

We are looking for a
1st Line Support specialist.
This person will be the first point of contact for users and will provide support for the daily functioning of the office and IT infrastructure. We are seeking someone communicative, technically inclined, and eager to grow.

The role requires on-site work in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and handling user requests (phone, email, ticketing system).
  • Diagnosing and resolving basic issues related to the network, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
  • Daily user support in the office – assistance with hardware, access, and application issues.
  • Configuring, preparing, and issuing IT equipment (laptops, monitors, phones, accessories).
  • Maintaining equipment records and ensuring proper operation of devices.
  • Escalating incidents to 2nd Line Support in the case of more advanced problems.
  • Working with the infrastructure team on ongoing administrative tasks.

Requirements
(junior-level experience is welcome):

  • Basic knowledge of network administration and network infrastructure.
  • Understanding the operation and configuration of firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco).
  • Knowledge of basic Network Security, IPS, LAN/WAN, switches.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues (troubleshooting).
  • Basic knowledge of VMware, vCenter, ESXi.
  • Basic experience with backup systems – Veeam.
  • Knowledge of Windows / Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Systems products and Fortinet devices is a plus.
