Join our team in Warsaw as a Junior IT Support Specialist and develop your skills in a real work environment.

In this role, you will support Sii employees by helping them diagnose and solve basic technical problems, as well as participating in the maintenance of hardware and configuration of IT systems. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain knowledge and skills that will become a solid foundation for your future career in IT.

*Your tasks*

  • Provide remote and local technical support for Sii employees, including diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems
  • Preparation and configuration of computer workstations and installation of software in accordance with applicable procedures
  • Administration of systems, services and applications within the scope of assigned rights (including user accounts, access, basic settings)
  • Monitoring and ongoing supervision of the proper functioning of the network infrastructure
  • Management of IT resources, including record-keeping, inventory and supervision of equipment lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and escalate requests in accordance with procedures

Requirements

  • In the middle of 2nd-3rd year of IT studies (or related majors) or with a graduate degree, with a desire to grow in the IT field
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a technical support or helpdesk related position
  • Very good knowledge of computer hardware and Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Practical ability to work with environments and tools such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
  • English at a minimum B2 level to enable free technical communication
  • Category B driver's license

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Linux and macOS
