Obowiązki

  • Resolving incidents, requests and problems

  • Analyzing the problem and co-ordinating with other teams to fix the issue

  • Owning the issue and driving till closure

  • Supporting the production environment, accessing upstream and downstream applications

  • Striving for continuous process improvement in close cooperation with the Feature teams in Paris and Bangalore

  • Creating and maintaining required documentation/manuals to work towards standardizing processes

  • Keeping process and documentation up to date

Wymagania

  • Have worked for more than 3 years in a position focused on the 2nd line of IT support for applications

  • Speak fluent English (French is a plus)

  • Are familiar with ITIL Availability Management, Service Continuity Management, Problem management and Change management

  • Can work autonomously and use initiative where appropriate

  • Understand Support methodologies

  • Show flexible attitude and adaptable approach

  • Communicate with a diverse audience with ease
