The Opportunity

co-founder–adjacent sales role
 for those ready to turn influence into income.

  • You'll open doors
     to real estate developers, landlords, and asset managers.
  • You'll pitch
     the future of tenant experience and recurring revenue.
  • You'll close deals
     that generate real, measurable yield — and you'll get paid 
    directly on performance.

Prove yourself, and you'll evolve into 
Head of Sales
, leading an international team with direct access to the founder circle.

What You Bring

  • Background in 
    real estate development, sales, or proptech.
  • An existing network or strong access to developers, landlords, or investors.
  • High energy, charisma, and the drive to make things happen.
  • Comfort with autonomy and zero micromanagement.
  • Fluent English (other languages = major plus).

Compensation

  • Performance-based only
    : commissions, revenue shares, and equity upside.
  • Early contributors receive 
    stake or share payouts
     based on measurable results.
  • The better you perform, the more you own.
