About The Role
As a
valued member
of our team, the
Financial Services Account Associate
supports the company in delivering a
positive customer experience in a metric driven environment
. You are responsible for protecting the best interest of our clients by
handling customer inquiries and
resolving complex issues,
completing account maintenance and processing transactions for mutual fund account holders and financial professionals
.
The position is intended as a fixed-term contract, scheduled to run from mid-December 2025 through the end of April 2026.
About The Team
Our
Customer Service Team
is part of the
Capital Markets
group and supports the Franklin Templeton Investments customer base. Our team includes 100+ associates who work virtually in multiple locations and are well trained with a desire to provide superior financially driven customer service.

What you will be doing?

• Providing customer service to the U.S. customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, utilizing an automatic call distribution system. We work within multiple transfer agent systems and Microsoft Office applications. This job is not about selling, persuading or accepting complaints
• Working from home is an option. If you decide to do so, this position will work remotely and will require you to identify a location from which you can maintain the confidentiality of customer account information. Alternatively, you can work from the office located in Poznan or in the hybrid model
• Full-time position working an eight-hour per-day schedule of 2~30pm – 11~00pm CET or 5~30pm – 2~00am CET, (Monday through Friday) after the completion of training
• Participating in ongoing training and staying abreast of financial regulatory changes

What You Will Need

• High proficiency in spoken English and ability to communicate
• Strong technical skills ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and navigate various systems at once
• High-speed internet with ethernet access
• Ability to productively handle inbound telephone calls and meet performance goals
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Investment industry or financial experience is a plus
• College degree (or currently working towards one) or financial customer service experience desired
