We are currently looking for a
Financial Services Account Associate with English
to support the Client Services team for our location in Poznan.
What You Will Be Doing

  • The telephone and written answers from every day to complex inquiries of our customers and consultants
  • Responding to our customers' challenges and providing a solution
  • Compliance with quality standards, possible control function related to out KYC process
  • Verification of customer KYC documentation and, if necessary, corresponding post-verification
  • Escalation of difficult issues and complaint management
  • Participation in projects to implement the company's goals and improve certain processes

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of work experience in finance
  • Experience in customer service – spoken and written
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or higher) and good communication skills in written and spoken German would be a strong advantage
  • Availability during our US work shift hours (starting at 1~00 PM, Monday-Friday) is essential for this role
  • A high degree of accuracy, quality and service orientation
  • Independent and team-oriented work to achieve set deadlines
  • Good organizational skills and high resilience without losing focus on the customer
