Co będzie należało do Twoich obowiązków?

  • Opracowywanie i wdrażanie strategii marketingowej oraz nadzór nad jej realizacją.
  • Monitorowanie skuteczności działań marketingowych i raportowanie wyników.
  • Tworzenie i nadzorowanie kampanii reklamowych online i offline.
  • Koordynowanie wszystkich działań marketingowych w kanałach komunikacji.
  • Budowanie i wzmacnianie rozpoznawalności marki.
  • Analiza efektywności kampanii oraz monitorowanie rynku i działań konkurencji.
  • Zarządzanie budżetem marketingowym.
  • Planowanie i organizacja wydarzeń promocyjnych, partnerskich oraz branżowych.
  • Tworzenie raportów, analiz i prezentacji dotyczących wyników marketingowych.
  • Współpraca z działami sprzedaży, PR i komunikacji w zakresie realizacji wspólnych celów.
  • Nadzór nad współpracą z zewnętrznymi partnerami (drukarnie, agencje reklamowe, domy mediowe, influencerzy).
  • Wdrażanie i rozwijanie nowoczesnych narzędzi marketingowych wspierających sprzedaż.
  • Zarządzanie zespołem marketingu i rozwijanie jego kompetencji.


Kogo szukamy?

  • Masz min. 5 lat doświadczenia w marketingu, w tym w roli lidera lub menedżera.
  • Znasz się na digital marketingu, brandingu i komunikacji 360°.
  • Potrafisz myśleć strategicznie i działać kreatywnie.
  • Rozumiesz, że marketing to nie tylko reklama, ale emocje, doświadczenie i relacja z odbiorcą.
  • Umiesz pracować z budżetem i raportować efekty (KPI, ROI).
  • Wyróżnia Cię energia, samodzielność i pasja do tworzenia wyjątkowych rzeczy.
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w branży eventowej, kulturalnej lub hospitality.
