Role Description

We are seeking a Creative Director for a full-time, hybrid role based in Warsaw, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Creative Director will lead the creative team and oversee the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies. The role includes managing brand identity, guiding art direction, crafting compelling creative strategies, and ensuring the delivery of visually impactful and effective designs. Collaboration with clients and internal teams will be key to achieving outstanding results.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Creative Direction and developing compelling Creative Strategies
  • Experience in Branding and overseeing Art Direction
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design and the ability to deliver high-quality visual solutions
  • Strong leadership, team collaboration, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate client needs into creative outputs
  • Familiarity with current trends in digital marketing and advertising
  • Applications without portfolio won't be considered.
