We're searching for a Creative Director who lives and breathes social media and is passionate about scroll-stopping content. You'll lead a talented and motivated team of creative strategists and make an impact in the creator economy scene. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Creative Strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative creative strategies for global brands, leveraging platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Snap.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, present creative visions, and collaborate with sales to acquire new business.
• Oversee the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality deliverables and data-driven optimization.
• Identify emerging opportunities in the creator economy, develop proprietary tools, and represent the agency as a thought leader in the industry.

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of experience
   in content creation, social media marketing, or creative agency, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• You have an in-depth understanding of TikTok, Meta, Snap, and emerging platforms, including ad formats, algorithms, trends, and the mechanics of virality.
• You excel at building, managing, and inspiring creative teams, effectively managing multiple projects, and providing constructive feedback
• You blend creative vision with analytical thinking and business acumen, challenging the status quo to drive innovation.
• You are obsessed with quality and details, while maintaining a pragmatic approach to deadlines and a deep passion for the creator economy and the power of authentic content.
• Portfolio showcasing executed UGC/influencer marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Impeccable English communication skills, both written and verbal (min C1 level).
