We're looking for a Design Lead to help shape the visual future of some of the world's most beloved beer brands. If you've got the craft, leadership, and ambition to drive creative excellence at scale, this is your moment.
What You'll Achieve in Your First 12 Months
- Establish yourself as the most senior level design partner for brand and marketing teams across multiple markets.
- Lead the end-to-end design process for multichannel campaigns, from concept to craft to delivery.
- Embed high-performance design workflows that accelerate collaboration across functions.
- Raise the creative bar by mentoring junior designers and championing a culture of quality and experimentation.
- Set a unifying design vision that's as commercially sharp as it is creatively bold.
- Deliver standout visual campaigns that make headlines and set the standard for in-house creative.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading the creation of high-impact visual assets across digital, social, print, and trade environments.
- Taking charge of the entire creative process: from idea to storyboard to polished production.
- Providing decisive, constructive feedback that strengthens the team and sharpens the work.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (brand, marketing, strategy) to turn briefs into brand-defining campaigns.
- Presenting concepts to senior stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and creative authority.
- Staying ahead of trends, tools, and techniques, and pushing our design output forward.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5,7+ years' experience in a top-tier agency or fast, paced in-house environment.
- A portfolio of original, commercial work that shows mastery across both digital and print.
- Command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma (or similar).
- Sharp instincts for storytelling, typography, layout, and brand systems.
- A track record of mentoring junior creatives and influencing cross, functional teams.
- Experience with lifestyle or premium consumer brands (beer, spirits, fashion, etc.) is a strong plus.

Our in-house agency is transforming how we deliver creative, social, and digital campaigns for Asahi's global and local brands. With teams based in Italy, the UK, Czechia, the Netherlands, and Poland, we operate as a pan, European hub, bringing together top talent to create high, impact marketing solutions.
By balancing creativity, cost, effectiveness, and speed, we're building a streamlined model that sets the standard for in-house agencies across the FMCG industry. As a Senior Design Lead, you'll be pivotal to this evolution, setting the design vision, inspiring your team, and driving world-class creative output.
