What you'll be doing:
- Lead top-of-funnel sales activity — identifying and engaging high-potential prospects through research, LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and run outreach campaigns that generate quality leads.
- Map out key decision-makers and develop tailored, persuasive messaging that sparks interest.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events, building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, outreach methods, and conversion strategies.
What we're looking for:
- A proactive self-starter with experience in
business development, sales, or marketing - Excellent communication skills in
English and/or German
. - A natural curiosity for technology and innovation.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience with CRM tools
