Perfect for those who aim to:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals;

  • Create high-quality text content for posts, articles, and scripts;

  • Develop and manage content plans for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook;

  • Produce or collaborate on creative assets — reels, short videos, and visual content (a plus);

  • Monitor trends, best practices, and competitor activity;

  • Build and lead personal branding strategies for top managers;

  • Create thought-leadership content and manage communication style;

  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and track performance;

  • Collaborate directly with executives to shape their narrative and expertise;

  • Track KPIs and provide monthly performance reports.

Experience you'll need to bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in SMM (LinkedIn required; Instagram & Facebook a plus);

  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills in English;

  • Strong understanding of employer branding and professional communication;

  • Experience creating reels/short-form videos.
