Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

  • Manage multiple social media channels (Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok);
  • Create and execute 2–3-week content plans;
  • Participate in shaping and implementing SMM strategies;
  • Produce hands-on content: shoot, edit, write posts;
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages;
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends;
  • Stay updated on iGaming and affiliate news;
  • Analyze social media performance and prepare reports;
  • Capture and produce content during conferences (interviews, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes.

We need your professional experience:

  • 3+ years in SMM, content or social media roles (B2B / iGaming / high-risk / affiliate);
  • Strong knowledge of Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok;
  • Experience in content creation(posts, stories, short videos);
  • Hands-on skills in video editing, shooting, and basic design;
  • Excellent Ukrainian and English (B2+) writing skills;
  • Flexibility to manage social channels when needed outside standard hours;
  • Understanding of the iGaming or affiliate ecosystem, or a readiness to learn quickly.
